• Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses
4. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the project agreement
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination:
• You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work and materials to you
• Confidential information must be returned or destroyed by both parties
• We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
